A large part of Round Mountain’s work involves writing permits for Section s 401 and 404 of Clean Water Act specifications. We walk our clients through the permitting process when proposed projects may affect jurisdictional streams. We often serve as the “go-between”, involving both regulatory agencies and the client, to bring about a reasonable solution with the least environmental impact.
